Sperry Van Ness Asset Management & Leasing Expands to Dallas/Ft. Worth

William L. Bosley, CPM, CCIM Asset Management responsibilities in Texas have expanded with the recent appointment of Sperry Van Ness Asset Management & Leasing as the Asset Manager for two new luxury apartment communities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth region. Cumberland at Ridglea in Ft. Worth TX, a 244-unit community and Mandalay of the Lake in Las Colinas, a 367-unit community has been added to Sperry Van Ness’s current asset management portfolio in Austin and Houston Texas.
